LUPA Jewelry
Lucia Pasquinelli (known in art as LUPA) creates unique fine jewelry with a distinctive eternal European style, yet contemporary. Lucia was born and raised in Rome, Italy in an artistic family and she now lives in sunny Ojai, California. She fabricates her creations with passion in Sterling Silver and various carats of Gold, using metalsmithing techniques. Lucia loves and uses fire, texture and wire and likes her creations to evoke the history of her native town Rome.

Terry Sharp moved to Ojai 12 years ago and got himself a wood lathe. Ever since then he has been making wooden bowls. He only uses wood from trees that have already fallen or had to be cut down, giving his pieces a beautifully rustic look. Once he has secured wood from a community member or a tree cutting service, he repays them with bowls from the wood they gave him-a remembrance of the lost tree.

Laura is a former high school English teacher who has lived in Ojai for 20 years. Born and raised in Wisconsin, she learned to sew clothing from her mom and spent many long winters sewing away. While she was caregiving for her husband, she learned how to machine embroider and began her own business seven years ago. She is a volunteer for dog rescue and also tutors students.
Karen Payton
Karen Payton has a background rooted in the apparel industry but it’s her love for the hippie movement that inspires her work. Her fabric creations have been displayed in galleries, national competitions, magazines and on t-shirts at every Grateful Dead concert! With the spirit of the sixties and a degree in textiles, she spent the last 30 years crafting a unique style of using fabric to create art. May the peace within me sparkle and shine through the art I share with you.

Imagination Depot
Handcrafted, old-fashioned wood and soft toys made with loving care and attention to detail like grandma and grandpa used to make. The wooden toys-Trains, Planes, Cars, Arks, etc require only imagination to play with. They are constructed of wood (no metal or plastic is used). The soft Rabbits, Cats, Teddy Bears, Mice, etc are made from washable fabrics, stuffed with polyester fiberfill and have hand- embroidered faces just waiting to be hugged. Our toys appeal to kids of all ages from 0 to 100 and are affordable for all to explore their imagination.
Toys are still made in America! We pride ourselves in being one of the few.
Imagination Depot is local, right here in Thousand Oaks. Not something that’s
made 1,000’s of miles away. We handcraft a wide range of toys which follow
American standards for toy safety. There is still a need for children to use their
imagination, we believe in time-tested toys for hands-on learning and exploration.
Cali Bracelet
Cali Bracelet was created by Kate James to pay tribute to her love of California beaches and their cool ,hip, funky styles. Super cute bracelets inspired by and names after California coastal towns. In addition to designing bracelets/jewelry, Kate works with the Asha Sewing Collective in Jaipur, India, bringing their lovingly handmade quilts to markets.

Jules Art Garden
Julie has a background in art, but didn’t start making pots until approximately 15 years ago. Once she started, she was hooked. Julie has a love of the outdoors, gardening, and finds her inspiration in nature. She is frequently inspired by the plants in
her yard and those that she sees while on walks and hiking near her home in Altadena. She is constantly in awe of the abundance of texture in nature.
Julie’s process is somewhat improvisational and stream of consciousness. She does sketch out ideas, but uses the sketches as a leaping point and a form of reference
to start the shape of the form. Many times, while hiking, she takes pictures of plants and then puts them into a sketch when she returns home. Once she is working on the piece, she begins to sense what shape and texture needs to happen. Julie aspires to make art that people enjoy and can use in their daily lives.
Elisa Goodman
Curmudgeon Cards
Elisa R. Goodman is the muse behind CURMUDGEON CARDS. For the past 22 years she has been designing and experimenting with collage and digital art. Her now-
signature, one-of-a-kind handmade Art cards use the gorgeous art from postage stamps from around the world – repurposed apparel and upholstery textiles. She has designed specialty art cards for museums around the country including The Getty, LACMA, The Mus. of Fine Arts, Boston, The Speed Museum in Louisville, Kentucky, The San Diego and Denver Museums of Art, and The Czech & Slovak Museum and Library in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Additionally, her design skills expanded in 2008 when her now, late husband Ken, lost the ability to see. As a way to process this event, she started drawing EYES. As a self-taught artist and creative writer, she has now created over 400 illustrations that use the metaphor of sight to look at challenges with humor and heart. Her I’m Skewed Collection Illustrations are offered as greeting cards, posters, notepads, journals, and a yearly calendar – as well as in several books she has authored including: Life’s Too Short to Spend with Assholes, Life’s Too Short Not to Get You Ass Out of Bed and Go to Yoga, and most recently, AWESOME: Fierce, Feisty and Fabulous... Women Game-Changing the World. A gifted storyteller, Elisa found a way to move through her own grief process by creating art that expresses her inner challenges on any given day. Looking at situations through a “Skewed” lens, she found that humor can really help in situations that feel unfair. Elisa loves that her art encourages people to reimagine how they communicate with those they love. She describes her word as “Witty Words, Quirky ART and Wise Wisdom.” Prior to reinventing herself as an artist and writer, Elisa was a casting director for 20 years for movies and television. She resides in Los Angeles.
Firestick Pottery
Firestick Pottery, located amongst the citrus trees at 1804 E. Ojai Ave, is home to more than 40 local ceramic artists. We host pottery parties, classes for both kids and adults, and “Play with Clay” workshops for visitors.
Our one-acre studio and gallery are the showplace for HUNDREDS of functional pots and ceramic art pieces, from $3 to $300. Come by for a free tour or call Robin to reserve your space for class. We’re dog-friendly and kid-friendly!

I am a woman, wife, mother, student, teacher, artist and I am so excited to share my love for Art with you!
I have been a stay-at-home, homeschooling mom for the past 13-plus years. My children have challenged me to look into myself and look at how I can become a better mother and person. It has led to long overdue healing. Through this adventure of healing, I have found Mixed-Media Intuitive Art. It has brought more clarity, happiness, and authenticity to my life. My hope is that we all can more easily tap into our intuition. Listen, trust, and act from the heart.
Ren Bird
Ren D’Angelo is a young, local artist in Ojai, CA whose preferred medium is gouache: an opaque, water-activated paint. Ren loves to paint Ojai landscapes and enjoys painting en plein air as well. He is also known as a pet portrait artist, in which custom commissions are available in several paints and sizes. Ren loves to experiment with different mediums which is reflected in his diverse portfolio. He has dabbled in pyrography, sculpting, sewing, oil painting, painting cars, still lives, and flowers, digital mediums, character art, and more. Although Ren has been a lifelong artist, he only started pursuing a career in the arts in 2022 when he launched a website and secured spots at three local stores to sell his paintings, cards, stickers, and more! Ren hopes to become an independent art teacher and share his paintings that he puts his entire heart into with the world and the Ojai community.
