Events will occur, rain or shine, unless otherwise notified. Join our email list for updates about your tickets.

If you are unable to use your tickets, you may donate them for a tax-deductible receipt. To do so, please email your name, the tickets in question, and your contact information to info@ojaistoryfest.org.

Please note that donation acknowledgments are not guaranteed for tickets returned within 48 hours of the event.

PTGO Payment Policy for School Shows and Assemblies
1. Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is due upon receipt of invoice.

The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the scheduled performance date.

Reservations that are made within 30 days of an event are due immediately upon receipt.
-
Late fees will be charged at a rate of $25 per month for any outstanding balance beginning 30 days after payment was due.

Payment methods accepted include credit card, check, Square, Venmo, and PayPal.

PTGO allows 1 free chaperone per 15 students and teachers are always free. Extra Chaperones and children must pay onsite at the venue, even if they are attending with their child’s class.
2. Invoicing

Invoices will be issued monthly and sent to the client's designated email address.
-
Invoices will include detailed information about the services provided, quantities, rates, and total amount due.
3. Refunds and Credits

Refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of PTGO.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the invoice date.

Cancellation fees: Our performers are scheduled many months in advance and must be paid whether they perform or not. Therefore if the purchaser cancels a scheduled performance within 30 days of the performance date, a 30% deposit will be kept by PTGO. If canceled within 14 days of performance, no refund will be given.
4. Dispute Resolution

Disputes regarding invoices or payments should be addressed in writing within 30 days of the invoice date.

PTGO will investigate any disputes promptly and provide a resolution in a timely manner.
5. Default

Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.

PTGO reserves the right to take legal action to recover any outstanding debts.
6. Force Majeure

PTGO will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as acts of God, natural disasters, or government actions.
7. Governing Law

This payment policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
8. Amendments

PTGO reserves the right to amend this payment policy at any time.
